So sorry that you are having this problem adding to undue stress of the holidays. Hope a new needle will correct your problem and enable you to complete your quilt by Friday. Remember you can always gift it with the recipient's knowledge that you need it take it back to complete it, or wrap up a picture for them to open and give it to them after you have had the opportunity to complete in with more time without the stress and to your satisfaction.
