Yes, I have a 27 with the Tiffany decals -they're beautiful and these appear to be particularly well- preserved. A picture of the front
would be good - it looks like the tensioner is on the far right of the picture but maybe it's not.
Check out the action of the hook when you get a chance - rotary or oscillating.
