i was going to say $15.00. how much do you love it? you could probably duplicate it with inexpensive poor quality cottons and inexpensive ribbons. are you sure it isn't just the colors you like?
edit: i just looked at the close-ups. they look like poly "brocades". sometimes you see them at fabric stores in the lining department. you would only need 1/8 yard of several colors to duplicate it. the ribbons look like gift ribbons.
