Did your mom buy this gift card before the close-out sale started? Or, online? I don't know about getting money back as the close-out sale took several months, and they advertised that gift cards should be redeemed. The only thing I could suggest, is that you contact the Martin's Country Market in Ephrata, PA. The Martin family was the former owner of the Hayloft and the grocery store downstairs.
