That is a gorgeous machine. Have you figured out what she is yet? I've not seen such work wrapped around the machine before. Are those the hand painted flowers you were talking about? You sure have a great find on your hands with all the goodies that came with it!
Looks like she is a New Home Light Running, with a different model bobbin winder from a New Home VS Machine. The flowers seem to have been hand painted, since they are raised , but are either under layers of grease, or they have been painted over with something brown. Will have to investigate more after Christmas.
