Great recipe! My favorite part about meatloaf is COLD meatloaf sandwiches! Toast, S&P, mayo and slabs of cold meatloaf. I really prefer it like that, but I'll eat it hot the first night! I made meatloaf nachos last time I had some leftover. You get really creative toward the end of the loaf! My kids HATE when I make meatloaf! LOL! They like "new" food!
