I just had a thought
. I'll bet she doesn't draw the 1/4 seam allowance in the book because if someone wanted to reduce the pattern, the seam allowance wouldn't be correct. I'm thinking about making the stars different sizes.
My book arrived yesterday! Still haven't figured out a color scheme so I guess I'll have to go browsing for fabric, oh darn.
I like the idea of scrappy though, could use up some stash. But I'm tired of my stash (it isn't all that big, just one drawer) and would like to start the year bright and cheerful.
