Ok, I did it! I dusted the bottom of the pie crust with flour (about a tablespoon). I chopped the turkey and added a little salt and pepper. Put the turkey in the pie shell and topped with strips to make a lattice type top. I left a couple of strips off and poured in about 1 - 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth in and then added the last two strips and crimped the edges. I baked for about 35-40 minutes on 425 and let rest about 10 minutes. Should have rested a little longer, but it was delicious - just like my mother used to make! I heated up my leftover gravy, dressing and candied yams and proceeded to eat way too much! lol. Thanks for the help!
