Bought both my Brother SE270D (combo sewing/embroidery) and PE700II from Ken's Sewing. Also buy 90% of my supplies from them. Great support. Both my machines were refurbished and I've had very little problem with them. Sent the PE700II back for 1 repair after having them 5 years. Fixed for $65.00 and returned to me. Most of the time, the tech will talk me thru the fix over the phone. LOVE THEM!!
PS: They carry other brands besides Brother, too!!
