Yes, I am glad it is over. My mom had a stroke on Wednesday evening and my FIL passed away on Christmas eve. I did enjoy time with my family but it wasn't as happy as usual. Things are getting to commercialized.... wish we could all go back to the real reason for the season.

I love Christmas.. I love everything about it.. the decorations, the Christmas trees and a million twinkling lights around the house and all the holiday traditions .. It's Hubby who brings me down as he dreads the holidays. He'd rather have a root canal then help with the holiday stuff.. Next year I will hire 'help' to put up and take down everything that I needed him to do- that will save me from the headache he usually gives me..
