If they have vetoed the pink, then I would leave it out. I would put a fusible innerfacing on the orange fabric if it's flimsy. A log cabin with the orange in the middle would look fine. Someone on here just did a lone star in camo and it looked amazing. There is also another quilt in Real Tree Camo on Qb. Try putting Real Tree Baby Quilt in the search feature.
