Default What can/should I do with an inherited Viking Rose???

Hi there ladies. I am hoping to get a little advice on an old Husqvarna Viking Rose that I inherited from my mom. I have the machine, a couple of "arms" I guess they are, a reader writer and a programmable card with floppy disks . I would like to machine embroider and applique, basically just for t-shirts. I have seen some really cute designs that I would like to purchase online. So here goes -

I have no manual, just a VHS tape included....gonna have to work on that, but for now, regardless of my Google abilities, I cannot find instructions for this machine I am obviously not the original owner, so I figure I am out of luck with a dealer, if I could even locate one - I live in the sticks.

I know this machine is old, and most of the accessories are outdated. With that being said, is it even possible to do those things I mentioned above, or is it just better if I buy a newer machine for embroidery?

Thank you in advance!
