Buy 16 ozs (2 blocks) of cream cheese, either regular, lfat or fat free.
Place 1 block on a plate or shallow bowl.
Pour your favorite salsa over the top.
Serve w/dippers of your choice.
This is enough for 2 plates of dip....you can make them at the same time and put out or serve second one when first one is gone.
8 oz cream cheese of your choice
1 to 2 TBsp of mayo stirred in till smooth
add 1/4 to 1/2 well drained crushed pineapple
mix together and serve with crackers, toast points, celery
