1: Cheese balls, 2: dried beef rolls ( dried beef with cream cheese spread on each piece of beef and then place a section of a dill pickle spear on top, roll up, and cut in sections) 3: onion soup dip with chips or crackers, 4: bean spread (brown 1/2# ground beef or turkey w/ 1/4 cup chopped onion, stir in 1/4 c of catsup, 1&1/2 tsp of chili powder & 1/2 tsp salt, mash in 1 8oz can red kidney beans w/ liquid. Heat thru. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 c chopped stuffed green olives, 1/4 c chopped onions. Serve hot as a spread with corn chips. Ummmm!
