When you load your pattern onto the stick it MUST be located in a folder for the machine to find it==guess why I know. If you somehow got the wrong format from emb lib you can go into your history and find the pattern and request it for the jef format--you can get any format for any pattern you buy once you actually buy it, they allow that incase you change machines.
