One of the first things I did was to change my own setting to "Show Enhanced (WYSIWYG) Editor Toolbar".
Standard is ok, but Enhanced looks more like working in a word processor and offers more toys to play with - especially if you click on "Go Advanced". (I don't use most of the toys, but I love having them. Just like any other kid. LOL )
