Do read the entire fiber content on Warm and Natural . The fibers "cotton" used is 100 percent cotton , but the scrim that holds the cotton fibers is not . The scrim in Warm and Natural is a poly. The Warm Company states "100% cotton fibers are punched with hundreds of needles into a strong, thin base material to prevent tearing, shifting or migration. " They do not include that "base" in the claim of 100 percent cotton.
In fact when you read the fiber content is 87.5 % cotton and 12.5 percent polymer.
As far as Hobbs batting , I like the heirloom 80/20 . It performs very well.
