Unfortunately, I no longer have my bow tucks directions, but I topstitched 1/4" from the fold line. If I remember correctly, the inside pockets were cut so wide by the width of the fabric. Therefore, you cut the piece in half lengthwise. It will be larger than what is actually needed. You'll just cut it down to size after attaching the pockets to the purse lining.
