Where I grew up in NJ it was Ham and Cabbage made with the last of the ham on the bone from Christmas dinner. (that's what my momma is having today)

Down here in NC, Black eyed Peas made with the ham bone from Christmas dinner.

I don't do greens, eeeeeeeeew!
