Glad to see everybody! We're a little light with our responses but the 3rd isn't here yet, which is when we usually cut off the participant list.
Here's how to comment on each response: Open your first window on your computer with your reply. Keep typing...open a second window with the Jan weight loss thread and start at the beginning. Swap screens to read comments and respond. It's the only way I can do it and address individuals.
Cindy, thanks for calling me! I love to hear individually from folks,
Nancia, I love your personal PM's to me, they keep me going when I don't want to go!
Murphy1-where are you today? Walking? Sleeping? Visiting with friends?
ShortanSweet-Welcome to the group! I haven't been to the skinnytaste site. I tend to fall into a pattern when I eat; the down side is when I get bored I fall off the wagon completely!
Mim-weight loss is hard! I don't care what anyone else says it is just plain hard!
PamH-enjoy that wonderful cruise, you are making sweet memories.
Beachbound-I think a good Taboo Tuesday would be sodium. Currently, the suggestion from the AHA is 1500 g of sodium a day, have the members try that for a week and see the enormous weight loss!!
Irish, I love my doggies so much they would love to have a playmate, come visit us!
MaggieMay-welcome back!
MissyGirl-that new size sure is sweet! I would like to be there right now, the fluid has moved me back to my "fat clothes".
LJS-what are you reading? I only have one unread book left from my Santa stash, but am so proud I felt good enough to read...
MrsH-This is going to be a fantastic year! We have put 2011 behind and have nothing but a clean slate to record good times...
Remember, if you were not on this thread or contributing here, where would your weight loss endeavor be? I KNOW I would have gained weight because I did in previous years. This thread has helped me keep my goals in front of me, thanks for the boost!
Prezzy-welcome back! It will be an awesome year!
I love blue, yellow, and white for the kitchen! I would definitely go for anything in those colors, reminds me of Dutch color schemes.
Edie and Toni-welcome to you also. What is your first new thing to do this year? Mine will be actively pursuing my hobby of quilting by doing something quilty for 30 minutes every day!
Mean-use weight watchers and all the tools you can to get back going. You are going the right thing...keep on loving yourself.
Cindy, that gumballs quilt is stunning! I love that, but look at the triangles! You go, girl! Will be a beautiful altar cloth for your inauguration.
