lol, even this 40 something grew up with one small tv(someone had to go out and turn the antennae when we wanted to change channels), hung the laundry out, fed mud pies to little sister, and get aggravated when i'm told i should just throw stuff away and not bother with reusing. Once upon a time, we cared more about saving a penny than how much time it took to save it. And I got used to getting new instead of repairing. The last couple of years has reminded me that it is time to take a few steps back in time... Thanks for posting this...
