WOW I had a few ideas - but everyone else beat me to it! The only block that stick out to me is the hearts one (I vote pillow and make one more block for the quilt) and the only other thing I feel strong about are the 4 blocks with floral prints - either group them in the center or split them up for the 4 corners.
It is a pretty quilt - and I bet she loves it.
