Today I had to take my baby Lucy (chihuahua) to the vet. she has had diahrea for 3 days now and not eating or drinking very well. they thinks she has a stomach virus with a possible bacteria infection. They wanted to keep her for the day for IV fluids but I can't afford that since I am still not working after surgery. We are trying the brat diet with bland food and pedialyte.
She ate a little and drank alittle and now asleep in my lap. So my day will be spent taking care of my baby. She will get chicken and rice. they vet approved this. Will get her meds down her soon.
Remember you are in control of what you put in your mouth. Choose wisely and be your biggest fan.
