There are several websites that you can check to find out where the ISP is at any given time, and when it will fly over your location. I've watched it many times since I first found out you could see it without aid. I saw it the first time while visiting the Kit Peak Observatory back in 2007. I would love to see it though a scope.. I wonder if a good pair of binoculars would show anything more than I can see without them.. hummm.. There are a lot of wonderful things to see if you just know where to look, and when.
