Deadline to sign up is the 5th. Deadline to mail is the 10th, though it wouldn't be a bad idea to mail before then. And besides, if they're all mailed early, Carsey will get all of them sooner & maybe she'll be able to get them out before her target date of the 31st. And that means we get them sooner.
