Some little boy will just love that quilt. I try and make most of my Linus quilts for boys. As woman we tend to like to make girlish quilts. Having grown up with three brothers I know how embarrassed they would have been to have been seen cuddling a girlish quilt no mater how much they needed the comfort. Our Linus Chapter takes in and sends out about 600 quilts a month. While we are located between 40 and 50 miles from the city of Baltimore we supply most of their hosptials with at least some quilts as our county has only one hospital.
