To answer some of your questions - I made them for group of friends who go to Hawaii every year. The pineapple pattern came from a pattern called Pineapple Punch Runner and Matching Trivet. I made up my own pattern for the luggage tag. There is room on the back of the label for any information people want to put on. Many only want their phone number.
