YES! The sooner the better. This doctor is not your advocate (imho). If you have no faith in her ability then she is not doing you any good. If she does not communicate with you, then she is not doing you any good. If she rags on you (for whatever reason) she is not doing you any good.
I'm not saying she's a bad doctor, I'm saying she is probably not the best for you.
Since you were forced to change due to bureaucratic reasons, simply chalk this one off to an incompatible choice.
BTW - I'm 51 and I am still channeling my mother. lol
