This thread sounds a little like the flip side of the one a few days ago about how we feel when we don't get the response expected when giving a quilt. All the reasons you don't want to keep it are probably the same reasons a recipient sometimes does not act excited about receiving a quilt as a gift. However, I know it is different because this was not made just for you; it was a raffle, it could have gone to anyone and you won it fair and square. I think I would not advertise what you do with it. Just accept it graciously and then sell it or do whatever and don't mention it again. If you were not a quilter and didn't know how much time and expense and thought went into it, you probably would not hesitate to sell it.
