If you get one, you would have a program called iTunes that you install on your PC and you can move files back and forth that way.

I have a small iPod touch that I use to read my Quilting Arts pdfs, read this site early in the morning, I play games and read books too. I got mine when I was pregnant because my work bag was too heavy and my husband didn't want me to take my heavy books to work and back and I refused to not be able to read during the time that I'm sitting on transit.

I love how light it is to hold and how I can have over 100 different books and magizines at my fingertips at one time.
