Those are really cute. I don't know the pattern or designer, but there are many free doll patterns online that you could adjust to look like the elves. I'm think Waldorf dolls are similar. Perhaps make the head a little larger, make the ears more pointed, add colorful hair, lengthen the legs and use really cute Christmas fabric. Good luck!
