All things considered I think its okay for you to sell.
Here's another option...donate it back to the guild that raffled it off, for them to raffle at another event. This gives you the opportunity to thank them and praise the beautiful workmanship and explain why it will not work out in your home. Hopefully this leaves the members feeling good about their efforts, the quilt gets another shot at going to a home where it will be appreciated and loved and you don't have to worry about hurt feelings!
