Simply click on that little upside down diamond next to "thread tools" right above the post you want to follow, then click on "subscribe to this thread", then on the next screen, click on your choice of getting it through the quilt board control panel (my choice!), or via email. You also have the choice of which folder you want to put the thread in. Until you get comfortable with saving threads, put them all in "bookmarks" or "subscriptions". When you are comfortable with that, you can make new folders or delete ones you don't need. All the instructions are available here:
