I also will never do a OBW. I was so tired of that quilt and no matter how hard I tried, and no matter how many times I ripped seams out, many of my centers don't match. At any rate, I worked so hard on this quilt that I wanted to give it the best chance to look pretty. After all, the fabric is beautiful. As ashamed of my work as I was, Charismah agreeded to quilt it for me sight unseen. Of course she did a beautiful job (as always) and my daughter loves it. I don't know what happened to her quilting machine, but I believe it broke down right after she finished this quilt for me. I just prayed that it wasn't because of my bad work. I wonder if it would have been easier if I hadn't pressed the seams open as the directions stated.
