Here's my suggestions:
When using the bubble jet solution, I try to use 200 count muslin. I think it prints better.
I also treat a piece of fabric slightly larger than 8.5 x 11, then iron it to a piece of freezer paper, then trim both together down to 8.5 x 11 size. That way the edges are well adhered and work thru the ink jet well. My other thought: if using a commercially prepared product, besure to check to see if it is washable, if you might have to wash the project. Wishing you well on this project.
