One of my nieces would call fabric "threads." We are a sewing family, and her Grandma and others were always sewing, so she was around "threads" all the time. I don't know how old she was before she referred to fabric as such. I'll have to ask her. Now she sews and does machine embroidery, but I don't think she is on here!
