YES your files are to big if they are coming up upload failed...Do you have photoshop, or paintshop pro. or any kind of software on your computer that opens your pictures so you can resize them? If you do I will pm you my phone number and you can call me and I will help you resize your pictures so that you can upload them...You can make your photo albums under your profile tab...right here on the board if you need help with that too, I can walk you through it...
