Thank you everyone. Had to redo block as my arthritis is flaring up and could not do the applique handwork.
This will be my next quilt to piece with fabric I picked out a few years ago. When finished, it will have a second block which really pulls it together and and sets it off. It has nice wide borders, too. I want to do another pattern is this book with flannels. Bring on the cold! :roll:
