I just can't imagine anyone returning a quilt that looks like this! I would talk with them as calmly as possable
and then ask them for your money back! any one who would give you back a quilt in this condition isn't
going to see there faults here, I would take it some where else! I'm really sorry this happened to you, it looks like they even put huge holes in the fabric from the needle, which tells me the needle was to big? I sure hope you
