I'm like the other member. I avoid Joanne's like the plaque. The local one is 3 miles away. The next closest is 100 miles away. The people who work in the local store are rude. I have been there with a ticket to get fabric cut. A woman walked up to the counter said she had been waiting a long time had no ticket and they took her. I now go only if I absolutely can't get something at LQS or Wal-Mart or Michael's.
