I am not into vampires but I might have to check out the show he will be on. Haven't watched SVU without him, and I missed last season entirely so I need to figure out how to catch the repeats.
Also, if you didn't know, Christopher Meloni was also on Oz, which was on HBO a few years ago. I rented the DVDs over time and watched a few years of it. It is a fantastic but very raw prison drama, not really for the faint of heart.
He was on some of the middle seasons, and I think he was "showing some skin" (lots of skin) in many episodes
