That problem is called "threads nests", and as others are saying, it is a threading issue as well as a tension issue (they are related). Either you are not using the correct threading "path" according to the instructions, or you are not using the proper method of winding bobbins ... or the bobbin is not "seated" properly in the bobbin area.

Make sure you have the machine threaded properly, and use a new "embroidery" needle according to the mfg., normally a size 12 Schmetz Microtex is best for machine embr. Use ONLY embroidery bobbin thread (thin & white) in the bobbins supplied w/the machine. You also have a tension issue because you are getting more top thread showing underneath. You should have no more than 1/3 top thread showing around the bottom edge of the design, and 2/3 white bobbin thread showing on bottom of design. If the machine is threaded properly, then it's a tension problem that your dealer can correct. Have your dealer fix it, and show you the sew out test once it's all fixed.
