It was really simple, mostly keeping up with each color combo. I used the pattern from here http://www.quiltfrog.com/fourhour.html The colors are off, used my phone, deep burgundy and a marbled brown, the backgorund is a off white batik. Thanks, I will say take the advise of the Wise Ladies of QB. I did my HST by the 2 9.5 squares and sewing around the sides then cutting diagonally twice. Oh my the bias edges.... Next one will be attempted by another method of HST. We always say measure twice and cut once, it should be: Post once, read all suggestions twice and then go back and read again. Experience far out weighs ease in the situation. But I have been very careful and lots of starch, so here's hoping piecing goes well. Thanks for the kudos!!
