Default Bread from bread machine Pics

This is from a post on Chit Chat. I let the bread machine mix a double batch of dough and do a first rising. I took the dough out and kneaded for about 5 min by hand and shaped into loaves. Let rise again and baked. This is a sweeter bread, great for rolls. It makes a fantastic toast. In one loaf I rolled it out to a rectangle and spread cinnamon sugar and rolled it up, formed a loaf shape, let rise and baked. Here is the recipe I used.

Basic White Bread
2 c. warm water (not over 115º)
1 T. yeast ( I use active dry)
2/3 c. white granulated sugar
1/4 c. oil
1-1/2 tsp. salt
5 – 6 cups flour

dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Put in bread machine and oil, flour, salt. Check machine to see if more flour is needed to knead in a smooth ball.
Bake at 350º for 25 – 30 minutes or until the top is brown and sounds hollow when thumped.
