Check out Sew Classic
http://shop.sew-classic.com/Motors-a...-Parts_c21.htm, and see if one of the motor pulleys will fit. I haven't tried a new pulley, but mine had a flat spot that I was able to mostly smooth out using a Dremel tool sander. (Messy and annoying to do, probably wouldn't work on deep problems).
