Your bread looks good!! I used to get a cinnamon bread at Costco that was a white bread with a swirl layer of cinnamon sugar. I would make french toast out of it and cook it in my Foreman grill. Was really good. Never heard of brushing evaporated milk on top. Will have to try it. Guess I had better dust off the old bread machine.
