The only thread I've had trouble with in my FW is Masterpiece. I don't like poly threads for piecing quilts...it melts when I press my block sections. The cotton threads I use in all of my machines is Essentials Cotton thread from Connecting Threads,Gutterman, Mettler and Auriful.
I use the large cones with a cone thread stand, lovely thread and priced right too.
