I usually bake all our breads. I think the better the ingredients the less weight gained or at least it's quality weight.
I leave out 1/2 the sugar in most of the recipes though. I use King Arthur flour, organic eggs, aluminium free baking powder, Himalayan sea salt, safflower or expeller pressed coconut oil and distilled water. Even if we eat a lot of it, I know it's the ingredients are better for us. That's what I buy so nothing else to use but that.
