I bought a Kenmore 1650 when I worked at Sears in 1969. Like an idiot I gave it away in the late 90's when I bought my Elna, didn't realize what a stupied mistake that was. Sat I went and bought a used Kenmore 1703 made in 1973. Sure can't beat those old machines for dependability or sewing quality. This one is here to stay.
