I made my 1st potholder but only used 1 piece of Insul-brite because when I tried two...was really, really hard to turn (I think it is called birthing). So I ripped out and did the single layer of Insul-brite and a single layer of batting...so much easier to "birth".
I can't wait to see how you did these potholders, espicially since you used 2 layers of Insul-brite. I have so many pieces of fabric that I want to use to do potholders for my friends.
